Who this policy covers
This policy explains how the operator of CURE handles information in the CURE website and app. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to supportfeedbackcure@gmail.com.
Information CURE collects
Account information can include your email address, display name, sign-in provider, and account identifier. The behavior and health-related information you choose to enter can include plan names and targets, goals, triggers, difficult times, first actions, alcohol-risk answers, daily tasks, completion history, ratings, task-swap reasons, slips, Emergency Button use and optional urge ratings, Bored Button use, support-region preference, and optional trusted-person details.
CURE also stores settings such as theme and reminder preferences, device or browser information needed for basic operation and security, and support messages you choose to send.
Where information comes from
Most information comes directly from you. Sign-in information comes from Supabase and the sign-in provider you select. Basic technical information comes from your browser, device, and hosting services.
How CURE uses information
CURE uses information to authenticate you, create personalized plans and task lists, show progress, operate reminders and safety tools, sync your account, prevent abuse, maintain reliability, answer requests, and comply with legal obligations.
Optional private diagnostics
Private diagnostics are off by default. If you turn them on in Settings, CURE may send an account-linked feature event, app and content version, broad completion result or rating, and a short error code. Diagnostics do not include plan names, targets, triggers, notes, trusted-person details, or crisis details. You can turn diagnostics off at any time, and Delete Data removes synced diagnostic events with your other CURE data.
Guest mode and cloud sync
Guest data is stored only in this browser. Signed-in account data is stored in account-specific browser storage and may sync to Supabase. Browser data is separated by CURE account and cleared from this device when you sign out.
Problem reports
A problem report opens in your email app for you to review and send. With your checkbox approval, it can include only the current page, CURE versions, and browser information. CURE does not automatically add your plan, target, trigger, trusted-person details, or notes.
Service providers and sharing
CURE uses Supabase for authentication and cloud database services and OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers for website hosting. These providers process information to deliver their services. CURE may also disclose information when required by law, to address security or safety, or to complete an action you request.
CURE does not sell personal information and does not use behavior or health-related information for targeted advertising. CURE does not automatically contact your trusted person. A message opens in your email or phone app only after you choose a contact action, and you control whether it is sent.
Retention and deletion
Signed-in CURE data is generally kept while you use the account or until you delete it. Settings lets you export data and delete CURE plans, progress, settings, and usage records. Legal or security requirements may require limited records to be retained longer.
Your choices and rights
You can access information in the app, export it, correct it by editing your plans, delete it, and withdraw health-data consent from Settings. You may also request access, correction, deletion, or an appeal of a privacy decision by emailing supportfeedbackcure@gmail.com. CURE will verify requests when needed to protect the account.
Security and incident notice
CURE uses account authentication, access controls, encrypted network connections, and database rules intended to limit access. No system can guarantee absolute security. If a breach requiring notice occurs, CURE will provide notice as required by applicable law.
Adults only
CURE is intended only for people 18 and older. Do not use CURE if you are under 18.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be shown by updating the effective date and, when appropriate, requesting consent again. Contact supportfeedbackcure@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.
Terms
Use CURE responsibly.
Effective: July 19, 2026.
Agreement
By using CURE, you agree to these terms and to any policies linked from Settings. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What CURE is
CURE is a brand name and a behavior-change planning and accountability tool. CURE does not cure addiction. The name is not a promise or claim that the app will cure, treat, or prevent any medical or behavioral condition. CURE lets users create plans, track tasks, pause during urges, and open public support resources.
What CURE is not
CURE is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, emergency service, or addiction treatment. Do not rely on CURE for emergencies or medical decisions.
Your responsibilities
You must be at least 18. Use CURE lawfully, keep your account secure, do not interfere with the service or another person, and seek professional or emergency help when needed.
Accounts and data
You are responsible for activity under your account. CURE may suspend access if use is harmful, unlawful, abusive, or creates security risk.
Availability and results
The service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. CURE does not guarantee a particular result, continuous availability, abstinence, habit change, or prevention of relapse or harm.
Privacy and consent
The Privacy Policy explains data practices. Health-related information is processed only after the consent presented in the app. You may withdraw that consent from Settings, which pauses use until you consent again.
Changes
CURE may change these terms as the product develops. The updated date will show when the terms were last revised.

CURE is a brand name, not a medical claim. The app's suggestions are general planning prompts and are not individualized clinical guidance.
No medical advice
CURE provides planning tools, reminders, reflection prompts, and support resources. CURE does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, treatment, or emergency response.
Addiction and withdrawal
Addiction, substance use, withdrawal, self-harm, and mental health concerns can be serious. Do not stop heavy alcohol, benzodiazepine, opioid, or other substance use without appropriate medical guidance.

No guarantee
